Mrs. Lois M. Cawley

Lois M. Cawley, 79, of Vinton passed away Sunday, April 7, 2024. She was a daughter of the late Samuel Matthew Dunford and Willie Mae Dunford. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Williamson and Joyce Weeks; and a brother, Charles Dunford.

Surviving are her husband of 46 years Kenneth Cawley; daughters, Lisa Thurman and Dana Martin; sisters and brother, Gladys Ralsten, Myrtle Simley and Dewey Dunford; grandchildren, Curtis Hetherington (Katie), Chad Casidy, Kassie Hermonat (Ben) and Justin Thurman; great-granddaughters, Kenleigh and Chole Hetherington; special caregivers, Misty and Destiny; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm., Friday, April 12, 2024 at Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton with Pastor Jeremy Breau officiating. Online condolences may be made at www.lotzfuneralhomevinton.com
